Separately, religious affairs minister Idris Ahmad said the Islamic development department (Jakim) shared Fadhli’s sentiment. “Everyone knows we don’t back such things (concerts),” he said.
Yii earlier today slammed PAS Youth for calling on Muslims to oppose concerts, calling it a form of moral policing. Yii, who is also Pakatan Harapan Youth chief, said it appears that PAS is out of ideas and has nothing constructive to offer the public.
